Generally, CFI will not manually modify a user’s personal information, However the applicant may requests the Call center Service representatives to have their personal information modified if for some reason they are not able to do so themselves. The user must promptly update their personal information if it changes or is inaccurate. Once the user save the application, they will be able to change or remove it. Once the application has been submitted the user is not permitted to make any changes until the application is reviewed by respective authorities.
